It’s no secret that NBA star, and North Carolina native, Chris Paul has left the Los Angeles Clippers in hopes of contending for an NBA title by joining forces with James Harden in Houston. But Paul still has some unfinished business in L.A. as he has placed another one of his mansions on the market for sale.
Paul’s five bedroom Mediterranean-style home in Woodland Hills is on the market for $2.2 million.
It’s the least lavish of the three he hold in L.A. Paul and his family spent more time in their 12,284 square-foot Bel-Air mansion that they purchased in 2012. Last year Paul listed that home for $11,495,000. The home underwent several price reductions but they are now under contract with a buyer.
The Paul family is left with one home remaining in the L.A. area and it’s rumored that he’ll keep it as a summer residence for the off-season.
Paul’s current home for sale sits on over a half-acre lot, with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 6,413 square-feet. It has a backyard pool, tennis court/basketball court, marble floors, and over-sized gourmet kitchen.
Paul paid $1,775,000 for the home in 2014.
